In this class\, Kelcy will make a silky vegan Fall Squash Soup\, a classic Potato Leek Soup\, and a family favorite—Chicken and Dumpling Soup with homemade dumplings\, great for using up leftover chicken. This tribute evening honors Yankee Magazine‘s 90th anniversary with a celebratory dinner at the award-winning Inn at Hastings Park\, Boston area’s only Relais & Châteaux luxury property located in historic Lexington\, MA . \nHosted by Yankee Senior Food Editor and co-host of the national public television series “Weekends with Yankee” Amy Traverso\, the night will showcase the best of New England’s seasonal bounty and rich culinary traditions. Guests will enjoy a four-course menu inspired by Yankee’s cherished recipes\, paired with exceptional wines in partnership with Bonterra Organic Estates in the timeless elegance of The Inn at Hastings Park.
