WAYS TO GET HERE
Lexington is connected to Routes 95/128, Route 2, Routes 4/225, and Route 2A. It is only:
10 minutes from Cambridge
15 minutes from Boston
30 minutes from Logan International Airport
From 95 take exit 30a, then take a Left onto Waltham Street. Once Waltham Street ends at Mass Avenue, you have arrived in the Center.
From Route 2 take exit 54a and follow the exit onto Waltham Street, Lexington. Once Waltham Street ends at Mass Avenue, you have arrived in the Center.
From Logan International Airport take 93N, then take 95S to exit 30a, then take a Left onto Waltham Street. Once Waltham Street ends at Mass Avenue, you have arrived in the Center.

Updated MBTA Bus Routes
Routes 62 and 76: Routes 62 and 76 will operate as separate routes with more frequent service (the combined Route 62/76 will be discontinued). Route 62 will run seven days a week, including on Sundays, which it did not previously, bringing consistent bus service to the Bedford VA Hospital as well as more direct service to Lexington, Arlington, Cambridge, and Red Line connections at Alewife. Mintueman Bikeway
The Minuteman Bikeway runs 10 miles (16 kilometers) from Bedford Center, through Lexington Center to the Alewife MBTA* station, where you can catch the subway Red Line or several buses.
From the Lexington section of the Bikeway, you can visit:
- Lexington Visitors Center (and their public restrooms)
- Historic Lexington Battle Green with its famous Minuteman Statue
- Buckman Tavern, gathering place of the Lexington Militia, open for tours
- Shops and restaurants in Lexington Center
- The Olde Burying Ground, with its 17th-century gravestones

Parking
Lexington offers a variety of parking options for visitors:
Depot Square Lot: Turn onto Depot Square, next to the small park. You’ll see the parking booth straight ahead. Offers PayByPhone payments only.
NStar Lot: Turn onto Edison Way, then bear right behind the building or continue to end and turn left. Offers PayByPhone payments, as well as coins and credit cards
Waltham Street Lot: accessible from Waltham St and Muzzey St- Offers PayByPhone payments, as well as coins and credit cards.
