International Fun Fest Premieres June 15!

The Lexington Lyceum is thrilled to present its inaugural International Fun Fest at Lexington’s Ellen Stone Building (735 Mass Ave), Saturday, June 15, from 4-8PM. Join us for an evening of free activities and entertainment for the entire family, celebrating the diverse cultures in our community. Learn, experience & participate in international dance and live music performances, engage in lawn games, enjoy a cold beer, or grab a meal, snack or desert from a food truck. Whether you bring along friends, family and neighbors or make new acquaintances – relax outdoors on a lovely summer evening.

Entertainment: – 4pm: Chinese Dance & Song: Artisan Dance Academy will perform Chinese folk dances followed by vocal soloist Katie Chen. – 5pm: Sounds & Moves of Bollywood! Swasti Bhargava will teach attendees some Bollywood Style Dance moves followed by an opportunity to put your new steps to use! – 6pm: Latin Dance! Dance Caliente (Raul Nieves and Eileen Herman-Haase) take the stage, leading us through the musical landscape of Cha Cha, Rumba, Argentine Tango, and other Latin styles! – 7pm: American Jazz. Round out our trip around the world with the Lexington High School Jazz combo treating us to good old American Jazz!

Food & Drink: – Arlington Brewing Company Beer Garden from (until 7:30pm) – Bon Me food truck: Asian inspired cuisine – Abbott’s Custard: Sundae’s with pick you own toppings
