It’s 1775 in Colonial Massachusetts, and tensions between American colonists and the British Regular army are higher than ever. Displeased by their taxation without representation in the British parliament and what they see as unjustified actions, a group of passionate colonists called the “Sons of Liberty” began their own local government called the “Massachusetts Provincial Congress”.  Paul Revere’s Midnight Ride was a historic event that took place on April 18, 1775, when Paul Revere rode to warn the colonial militia of British troop movements. The ride helped lead to the battles of Lexington and Concord.
