    One of Metro-Boston’s longest-running a cappella groups will sing a free concert on Monday evening, July 28th, from 8-9 pm at the Hastings Park Gazebo in Lexington. “None of the Above” (NOTA) is an award-winning octet that has been entertaining audiences with a diverse range of a cappella numbers for over 20 years.

    During the summer, the LBB will give a free concert each Tuesday night from Tuesday July 1st through Tuesday August 19th. All concerts except for the July 1st concert will take place at the Levi Burnell Bandstand, which is in Hastings Park at the corner of Worthen Road and Old Mass Avenue. The July 1st concert will take place at the Lexington High School quad.

    The Munroe Center for the Arts (MCA) invites the community to its 5th Annual Lemonade Social on Friday, August 1 at 6:30 pm. This fun summer evening, outdoors on the front lawn of the Center, features live jazz music, lemonade and other cool drinks, sweet treats, a preview of the MCA’s upcoming construction project, and an art activity as well. New this year – we’ll also have a silent auction with art items and more, going live on July 25th.
