Parade Overview
In celebration of America 250, Lexington will present its Patriots' Day Parade on Saturday, April 18, at 1:30 PM (please note the new start time). The step-off point is at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Massachusetts Avenue, and will follow through to Lexington Center, ending at Worthen Road.
Discovery Day, Lexington’s “Town Day” is where people come to “Discover” what Lexington has to offer.
The Lexington Retailers Association close Mass Ave in the Center and host this family-friendly street fair. Businesses will be selling goods, restaurants selling their food, and civic and municipal organizations letting everyone know just what they do. Also featured will be a beer garden and live entertainment.

Since 2010, the Lexington Battle Green BBQ Festival has been a community staple — a chance to shake off the winter, soak up the spring sunshine, and celebrate with your neighbors over great BBQ, craft beer, and live music. Family friendly, dog friendly, and 15+ years strong, it's an annual outdoor tradition that brings locals and visitors alike to Fletcher Park each spring for a weekend that feels like the best block party in Massachusetts. Suggested admission donation of $5–$10 benefits the LABBB Collaborative, serving students with special needs in our community.
