  • Naturalization Ceremony

Lexington Battle Green 1625 Massachusetts Ave., Lexington, MA, United States

On April 19th, 1775, Lexington’s town common made history as the site of the first shot of the Revolutionary War. From that war, a new country was born. Now, 250 years later, we welcome a group of aspiring Americans to this historic ground as they are formally naturalized as American citizens and become a part of our colorful national tapestry. This event is open to the public, but seating is extremely limited.

Stay tuned for more information about this event.

  • COMING TO AMERICA concert

Issac Cary Memorial Building 1605 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington, MA, United States

Our season finale opens with James Hewitt’s The Battle of Trenton and explores the attitudes, mistakes and reasons people emigrated to America. Those stories are represented through the music immigrants brought with them, enriching our nation despite the challenges they faced. While the stories are as varied as was America’s attitude toward immigrants, these stories are important because all those who came to America looked for a new beginning and hope for the future — which has been America’s promise.
